Refund Policy

At NIA + EMANI™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your 

purchase. If you have changed your mind or are dissatisfied with a product 

we understand.

We unfortunately do not offer refunds on our Body Oils or any opened hair or baby products. Unopened hair products (shampoo + conditioner), and baby oils may be returned for a full refund. If a onesie is not the right fit for your infant, you may return it for an exchange of credit. 

 

Replacements for damaged product: submit within 48 hours a clear photo of the damaged product and the Order #. Upon receipt, you will receive a 20% discount off your next purchase. Please submit any questions or concerns you may have to niaandemani@gmail.com
