Do you sell Hypoallergenic products?
All of our products are phthalate free with no added parabens. Our products however, are not necessarily "hypoallergenic". If you have any known allergies to the following ingredients: aloe, frankincense, lavender, chamomile, myrrh, citrus such as lemon, mint, or bergamot then, we suggest that you not utilize our products.
Do we ship internationally?
Not currently, but we will be adding that to our list of to dos for our E-commerce website in the future.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
If you purchase $50 or more in product, then you are eligible for Free Shipping. As a recipient of our Kabila Gift SWAHG bag giveaway, you will receive your gift shipped freely at no charge to you. Subtribe to email for additional promotions.
Can I request samples first before purchasing the actual product?
We offer "samples" of our For The Body, For The Soul oil at our vendor stations and pop up events only.
What is your return policy on product?
We accept exchanges only. No refunds on opened products. If a product has been damaged upon receiving, you will receive a new product. Receipt of purchase (Your Order number #) and a product photo are required within 48 hours of receiving the product.
How long is shipping and delivery?
Typically, 3-5 days total. You may receive your product later than that due to shipping delays. Unfortunately, we cannot control the USPS shipping & logistics so, it is encouraged that you keep up with the tracking number to stay informed of your shipment.
Our 2oz droplet bottles are mailed First Class Shipping, if you order one single bottle. Which typically ships within 1-5 days.
